Returns Policy

At Babitique we want you to be totally happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of despatch. We simply request that the item is in immaculate condition, in its original packaging, with tags attached & in a re-saleable condition and packaged appropriately to prevent damage. Below are the terms for returning goods purchased online and in store from Babitique.

RETURNS & RMA NUMBERS 

You may return goods ordered online with us for a refund up to 14 days from receiving goods. Please note this does not apply to goods that have been personalised. 

You are responsible for the returns package until it reaches us, therefore we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature on delivery).  The cost of returning the package will remain your responsibility.  Upon receipt, you will receive e mail confirmation and a refund to your original payment method.

We are delighted to accept exchange requests, additional postage costs may be incurred.

Sale items are final sale.​​ Please note for hygiene reasons hair accessories, socks, tights and swimwear are final sale.

Items pre ordered and made to order are unable to be exchanged or refunded.

*Please bear in mind that as of 1st January 2021, those in EU countries, like other international customers, will also be subject to import duties and taxes.

Before returning your item(s) please request a returns RMA number using the link provided below. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.

CANCELLATIONS 

You may cancel an order placed with us for full refund up until the point of dispatch by simply contacting us by email, please allow 5 days notice for personalisation. After such time as the items have been dispatched it would fall under our returns guidelines.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS 

If you receive your item(s) damaged you must make our team aware as soon as possible and we will arrange a "return and replace" of the damaged item(s). Simply pop the products back in the box they were delivered in and we will let you know when we will pick them up and replace them.

Shipping Policy 

United Kingdom - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or Hermes

For International parcels we use Royal Mail and UPS 

UPS state 4-7 working days for delivery to most international countries.

Royal Mail state (AIMS FOR) 4-10 working days however this can take longer if your parcel is stuck in customs in your country. 

Please note that our shipping charge includes all current additional Covid related air costs, VAT and exchange rate fees.

 Individual country customs charges remain your responsibility.  We have no control over these extra charges and they are to be paid by the customer. We cannot advise what the charges will cost, the duties are paid once the parcel reaches its destination. Please note that when your order arrives in your country of destination, any duty and taxes will need to be paid promptly to the customs office to ensure you receive your delivery without delay.
